Introduction of Twin-Screw Extruded Feed Production Line
1. Brief Overview
This complete set of 70 model twin-screw extrusion feed line is manufactured by Jinan Saixin, nearly new condition with very few production runs, full-process automatic feed processing equipment for pet food, aquatic floating fish feed and poultry feed.
2. Full Line Configuration
The whole production system includes 6 core units:
- Screw Feeder & 11KW High-speed Mixer: Raw grain, corn meal, soybean powder automatic conveying and uniform blending.
- 70 Twin-Screw Extruder (Core Machine): Raw material high-temperature high-pressure extruding, forming feed pellet, complete starch gelatinization.
- 5-layer 5m Electric Mesh Belt Dryer (the big stainless steel oven in picture): Remove excess moisture from feed pellets for long-term storage.
- 5m Air Cooling Conveyor: Cool down dried feed to ambient temperature.
- Air Conveying System & Finished Product Silo: Automatically transport finished pellets into storage bin.
