Brief Introduction

This fully automatic integrated production line is specially engineered for the mass manufacturing of prefabricated lightweight steel frame and composite wall panels, serving the modular construction, prefab housing and new building material industries.

Core Equipment & Working Principle

The production line consists of automatic feeding system, multi-station cold roll forming unit, integrated punching & cutting module, robotic stacking manipulator and continuous roller conveying system. Raw galvanized steel strips undergo continuous cold bending, precision hole punching, fixed-length cutting on the forming unit to shape standard light steel keel frames; afterwards, automated assembly and compounding with core thermal insulation materials are finished on the roller transport track to form finished lightweight building panels.
