We specialize in the design, manufacturing and turnkey solution of full-automatic microporous PE separator production line for lead-acid batteries. We offer two standard capacity models: annual output 4–5 million ㎡ and 7–11 million ㎡.
Equipped with TSH-65 twin screw extruder, five-roller calendar forming system, online infrared hole scanning detector and professional TCE gas condensation recovery unit, the entire line adopts Siemens intelligent PLC control. All finished separators comply with JB/T7630.5-2008 industry standard, featuring uniform micropore, high porosity, low internal resistance, excellent acid resistance and stable dimensional performance.
We provide one-stop service including equipment design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, production formula and technical training, ideal for new factory investment and old production capacity expansion.

PE separator production line Complete System Configuration
1. Automatic Raw Material Dosing & Feeding System
Independent conveying silo for UHMWPE, SiO₂, additive powder and black masterbatch.
Adopts USA TOLEDO weighing sensor, solid and liquid batching control accuracy up to 0.5%.
Equipped with filtering dust removal device, liquid oil tank, conveying pipeline and automatic quantitative weighting system.
Siemens PLC interlock control ensures stable proportioning, dust-free feeding and high consistency of raw material mixing.
2. Twin Screw Extruder Compounding System
Adopts TSH-65 high-torque co-rotating twin screw extruder with L/D ratio 52:1.
Main motor power 132kW, matched with YASKAWA inverter.
Movable bed structure facilitates screw disassembly, cleaning and maintenance.
Equipped with mixing system, volumetric feeder, liquid injection system, barrel heating & water cooling system and vacuum pumping system, realizing perfect compounding, plasticization and uniform melt extrusion.
3. Five-Roller Calendar Separator Forming System
Consists of double position hydraulic screen changer, melt measuring pump, sheet die, five-roller calendar shaping cooling system and infrared scanning hole measurer.
Roll gap hydraulic adjustment accuracy: ±0.015 mm.
Roller temperature control accuracy: ≤±1 ℃.
Two sets of infrared hole detectors realize online real-time monitoring of aperture defects, automatic sound-light alarm and PLC data recording, ensuring qualified separator thickness and micropore quality.
4. PE Separator Heat Treatment & Quenching System
Includes cleaning oil pump tank, drying oil tank, coating device and coating drying tank.
Adopts full 304 stainless steel anti-corrosion structure.
Multi-grid ladder-type tank body precisely controls sheet immersion and residence time.
Heating roller constant temperature design efficiently removes residual solvent and stabilizes oil content, meeting standard physical and chemical indexes.
5. PE Separator Auxiliary Environmental Protection System
Equipped with oil separation reaction kettle device and QLH-trichloroethylene (TCE) gas condensation recovery system.
Adopts condensation + activated carbon deep adsorption integrated technology.
TCE gas recovery rate ≥95%, explosion-proof grade d II BT4.
Closed-loop solvent recycling reduces production cost and fully meets environmental protection emission standards.
6. PE Separator Slitting System
Mod.1200 / Mod.1500 high-precision splitting machine.
Max slitting width: 1500 mm, cutting deviation ≤±0.5 mm.
With automatic unwinding correction, magnetic powder tension control, waste edge blowing and automatic meter counting function.
Smooth winding, stable running speed, suitable for various standard separator roll specifications.
7. Electric Control System & Spare Parts
Whole line adopts Siemens S7-1200 PLC + 12-inch color touch screen.
Low-voltage electrical components: Schneider / Siemens.
Inverter: YASKAWA brand.
Full line interlock automatic control, real-time data collection and intelligent operation management.
Complete spare parts, installation layout drawings, operation manuals and technical documents are delivered together with the line.
