The principle of this production line is as follows: The automatic feeding and screening unit mainly adopts vacuum suction to extract and filter mixed raw materials from the mixing machine. At this stage, the raw materials are formed and rolled onto an imported conveying steel belt. The steel belt transports the formed raw materials through the heating zone, where a chemical reaction takes place to form PVC barrier boards. The heating system uses hot air generated by heating coils installed inside the heating chamber, which is blown evenly onto the steel belt by a blower.

The PLC system realizes intelligent deviation correction for the steel belt, and pneumatic switches serve to protect the steel belt from accidental damage. The heated semi-finished products are then cut to specified dimensions in the automatic cutting section, which is also pneumatically controlled. After visual inspection, qualified finished products enter the packaging process.

Mechanical transmission is mainly composed of frequency conversion motors, reducers, as well as chain and belt transmission mechanisms, while pneumatic transmission adopts crank-slider mechanisms.
